An attorney alleging a counterclaim was brought against him to intimidate and prevent his brother from testifying in a criminal case against another attorney will not be able to proceed with abuse of process claims, a judge has ruled.

Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Denis P. Cohen recently dismissed the wrongful use of proceedings and abuse of process claims that Freundlich & Littman attorney Gregory Creed Littman brought against attorney Bruce Chasan and disbarred attorney Edward T. Feierstein, who was convicted in 2014 on perjury and fraud charges.
