It appears that two more current Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices were recipients of questionable emails that circulated between state officials, but ethics attorneys have said it is unlikely to affect the outcome of suspended Justice J. Michael Eakin’s ongoing disciplinary case over his participation in the exchange of inappropriate emails.

A report in The Philadelphia Inquirer named Justices Max Baer and Kevin Dougherty as recipients of some of the inappropriate emails that have implicated former Justice Seamus P. McCaffery and Eakin, who is facing charges in the Court of Judicial Discipline. The Judicial Conduct Board acknowledged that it has copies of the emails.
