Littler Mendelson will earn $495 an hour for its work representing Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane and others in her office in civil suits filed by former Office of Attorney General prosecutors.

The firm and the OAG have signed contracts in two of the four federal lawsuits filed against Kane that all tie back to alleged retaliation or defamation she committed against the plaintiffs for their roles in a grand jury investigation of Kane that ultimately led to criminal charges against her.
