The state Superior Court has tossed numerous charges against the three former Penn State administrators facing prosecution over their alleged roles in covering up the crimes of convicted serial child molester Jerry Sandusky.
The decisions in the cases against former university president Graham Spanier, ex-senior vice president for business and finance Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley determined that the three were not properly represented by counsel during grand jury investigations into Sandusky and Penn State’s activities.
