The Court of Judicial Discipline has suspended without pay two Philadelphia Municipal Court judges for their alleged roles in fixing cases for campaign donors of another judge.
Judges Dawn L. Segal and Joseph J. O’Neill were suspended in one-page per curiam orders Tuesday tied to their involvement with former Municipal Court Judge Joseph Waters, who pleaded guilty to related criminal charges and was sentenced last year to two years in prison.
