Dechert grew gross revenue 6 percent in 2015 and bumped up partner profits by 8.5 percent in a year in which the firm’s litigation practice saw double-digit increases.

And in what firm leadership called a “sign of health,” Dechert grew revenue per lawyer (RPL) more than 5 percent to surpass the $1 million mark for the first time.
