To establish a prima facie case of failure to provide a reasonable accommodation, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a plaintiff must establish qualification to perform “essential functions” of the job. A genuine issue of material fact existed with respect to whether regular and predictable on-site attendance was an “essential function” of a project attorney’s job, when the attorney did not meet with clients and could access materials online.
