Pepper Hamilton has resolved ADA claims levied by a former project attorney who claimed the firm failed to accommodate his sleep disorder that made it difficult for him to arrive at work before 2 p.m.
The parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice in Fischer v. Pepper Hamilton, which was winnowed down late last month when U.S. District Judge Gerald Pappert of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania knocked out plaintiff Andrew Fischer’s discrimination and retaliation claims.
