Penn State is seeking to transfer from Philadelphia a lawsuit brought by the family of a freshman who committed suicide after being hazed.
The university filed a motion to transfer Braham v. Pennsylvania State University from the First Judicial District to Blair County, where the alleged hazing occurred.
