After declaring that sexual orientation discrimination will be treated as gender or sex-based discrimination, recent U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filings are backing that statement up.

Tonight at 7 on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, “The American Law Journal” examines “Transgender/Sex Discrimination on the Job: How the EEOC Is Impacting LGBT Rights.” Joining host Christopher Naughton is corporate defense counsel Anthony Haller of Blank Rome, plaintiffs counsel Angela Giampolo of the Giampolo Law Group and Scott Goldshaw of Salmanson Goldshaw, and the EEOC’s Mary Tiernan.
