A Philadelphia judge has asked a frontline appeals court to deny the appeal of an attorney who is battling fee disputes with his former partners and had sought to have his former counsel disqualified from representing one of the attorneys he is now at odds with.
Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Ramy I. Djerassi issued an opinion recently in Cherry Fieger & Marciano v. Marciano asking the Pennsylvania Superior Court to quash the interlocutory appeal of Thomas Fieger, who has been fighting over the terms of a 2014 settlement agreement regarding the dissolution of his former firm, Cherry Fieger & Marciano.
