Peters Township Council appointed Frank Kosir Jr., Meyer, Unkovic & Scott attorney and township councilman, to serve as the township representative on the South Hills Area Council of Governments (SHACOG).
SHACOG is a voluntary organization of municipalities located predominantly in the South Hills of Allegheny County that meets to discuss and study community challenges and to seek solutions to common problems.
