A Philadelphia man who had served as tipstaff to former criminal division Supervising Judge Jeffrey Minehart and Municipal Court Judge Joffie Pittman was arrested recently for allegedly selling cocaine from his home.
The arrest marks the third arrest of staff members at the First Judicial District since 2014.
