Both sides of the “low T” drug litigation in Philadelphia may have wanted the pending state court cases consolidated into a mass tort program, but their requests have been rejected by the judge overseeing the litigation.
Philadelphia Administrative Judge Jacqueline F. Allen on Tuesday denied the petition in In re Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability Litigation, which had sought mass tort designation for the cases.
