Two small firms in Montgomery County and Bucks County have merged, creating a 28-lawyer dual-county general practice law firm.
Norristown-based High Swartz and Doylestown firm McNamara, Bolla & Panzer have merged, effective Friday. The combined firms will maintain the name High Swartz.
