Grogan Graffam, a small firm based in Pittsburgh, is closing its doors after this week, its founding shareholder has confirmed.

Founding shareholder Vincent J. Grogan said the firm will be closed effective April 18 after 45 years in business. Grogan said all of the firm’s attorneys have found a place to land, as has most of its staff.
