Millennials have garnered a lot of attention lately. Hardly a day passes without a headline trumpeting their increased importance in the business world. This is understandable, as this is a talented generation that, just a year ago, became the largest cohort in the workplace. Moreover, the millennials’ contrast with the baby boomers, who are in power today, has generated much analysis, as the differences between the two generations are rather stark.

Organizations that employ lawyers have paid attention and have been scrambling to figure out ways to accommodate their youngest lawyers. Bryan Cave, for example, created The Bryan Cave Business of Law Academy that, among other things, solicits the ideas of its associates as to how the firm can better serve clients and operate in the highly competitive law firm marketplace.
