Two Republican lawmakers have withdrawn legal action against Wolf over the absorption into the Governor’s Office of Budget the offices of the Pennsylvania Employee Retirement Commission (PERC).
The announcement came after the administration said that with the recent enactment of the full budget plan for the current fiscal year, PERC would again be funded and independent.
