Trial court properly granted preliminary injunctive relief requested by judges and found that county’s open records officer was required to direct the request for records of judges’ and district attorney’s cellphone calls to the open records officer designated by the judicial agency for response to Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) requests. Affirmed.
