Premises Liability • Summary Judgment
Achille v. St. Luke’s Physician’s Grp., PICS Case No. 16-0479 (C.P. Monroe Feb. 4, 2016) Williamson, J. (7 pages).
In this premises liability action, genuine issues of fact existed regarding whether the unoccupied wheelchair with which plaintiff collided outside the doctor’s office was an unreasonably dangerous condition and whether defendant had notice of its existence which precluded summary judgment. Defendant’s motion for summary judgment denied.
