A federal judge in Pittsburgh has conditionally certified a collective action raising Fair Labor Standards Act claims against RBS Citizens for allegedly failing to pay mortgage loan officers overtime wages.
U.S. District Judge Arthur Schwab of the Western District of Pennsylvania made the decision over the objections of Citizens, finding the current named plaintiffs showed that potential opt-in plaintiffs will be similarly situated.
