A jury should determine whether stillborn twins were capable of feeling pain and ­suffering while in the womb, a Lackawanna County judge has ruled.

Finding that the plaintiffs’ expert in Page v. Moses Taylor Hospital provided sufficient medical research to show that his testimony does not involve novel science or methodology, Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas Judge Terrence R. Nealon on May 6 denied the defendants’ Frye motions seeking to preclude the ­testimony at trial.
