A man who fell through a glass floor at the Rodin Museum in Philadelphia has settled his claims against the museum and a ­security firm for $7.25 million.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art, which owns the Rodin Museum, and AlliedBarton Security Services agreed to settle the claims of plaintiff Phani Guthula on May 6 before jury selection was set to begin in the case, Guthula v. Philadelphia Museum of Art. The suit had been filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, with Judge Ann Butchart assigned as trial judge.
