A federal judge has dismissed all but one count in a lawsuit brought by Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller, who alleged that the 12 defendants conspired against her to drive her from office.

U.S. District Judge Matthew W. Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania largely granted several motions to dismiss Parks Miller’s claims against the Centre County Board of Commissioners, the county administrator, four attorneys, a paralegal, the former county solicitor, the three commissioners and a judge. He dismissed 12 of the 13 counts Parks Miller alleged, allowing her to amend one count.
