A motion filed by Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, which alleged she is the victim of a selective and vindictive prosecution, has been stricken for failing to conform with the rules of criminal procedure. Kane has been granted leave to re-file the motion.

In an order Monday, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Judge Wendy Demchick-Alloy gave Kane 10 days to file a new motion. She ordered that the motion should state in numbered paragraphs, with only one material allegation per paragraph, the grounds for the motion, the facts supporting each ground and the types of relief requested.
