An environmental, energy and land use firm based in the Philadelphia suburbs has hired a veteran in midsize firm operations to replace its 22-year chief operating officer.

Mary Anne Jaquay has joined Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox as chief operating officer. She was hired to replace John S. Kirk, who has been with the firm for more than two decades, and plans to retire in June.
