The father of a pregnant woman who was struck and killed by a school bus in Northeast Philadelphia has agreed to settle claims against the bus company for $1.15 million.

The settlement between Michael Fink, whose daughter, Kristen Fink, was killed in the 2013 bus accident, and Durham School Services was reached May 19, several days after mediation with former state Supreme Court Justice Russell Nigro.
