A recorded phone conversation of former NBC 10 anchor Renee Chenault-Fattah, which prosecutors say shows a scheme to conceal a bribe paid to her husband, U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah, D-Pennsylvania, will be allowed into evidence in the congressman’s corruption and racketeering trial.

U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, who is presiding over Fattah’s trial in Philadelphia, granted on Tuesday the government’s request to introduce the recording, roughly three weeks into the trial.
