Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s most recent bid to have the charges against her dropped at the trial court level has been rejected.
Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Judge Wendy Demchick-Alloy on Monday denied Kane’s motion to quash based on selective and vindictive prosecution. The order was made available to the public Tuesday.
