Pennsylvania voters are set to see a judicial retirement-age ballot question this November after the Commonwealth Court ruled Wednesday against a group of Senate Democrats who are challenging its delay.
A unanimous three-judge panel found there was no constitutional violation created by the concurrent resolution passed by the General Assembly less than three weeks before April’s primary that pushed the question from that election to the upcoming general election.
