Clients of Ballard Spahr want the firm’s suit against them thrown out, arguing the law firm has no claim to a cut of the proceeds from a merger that resolved antitrust litigation Ballard filed on their behalf.

Symphony Health Solutions and Source Healthcare Analytics, along with co-defendants Symphony Technology Group, STG III and STG III-A, filed preliminary objections late last week to Ballard’s complaint in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
