A new general counsel has been named at Urban Engineers, as the company’s first general counsel plans to retire in December.
Edward C. Fronczkiewicz Jr. has been promoted to replace Bruce M. Mundorf as Urban’s general counsel, the Philadelphia-based engineering firm announced Tuesday. Mundorf joined Urban in 1990, and is the only person to have held the general counsel position.
