DUI • Admissibility of Drug Test Results • Statutorily Approved Chemical Drug Test
Commonwealth v. Stine, PICS Case No. 15-0930 (Pa. Super. July 18, 2016) Platt, J. (9 pages).
The trial court properly admitted the results of a liquid chromatography test for the presence of controlled substances in appellant’s blood, where the law did not statutorily proscribe the types of testing approved for controlled substance testing as the law did for blood alcohol testing. Judgment of sentence affirmed.
