Trial court properly granted summary judgment to appellee when appellant sued her for defamation and abuse of process after she filed a Protection from Abuse petition against him based on the letters with naked pictures of her he sent to her employer; trial court properly found that appellee’s statements in the PFA proceeding were relevant and material to the petition. Affirmed.
