A lawsuit filed against UPS by a music and movie mail-order company over a shipping price increase for certain packages can proceed, a federal judge has ruled.

U.S. District Judge J. Curtis Joyner of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied the United Parcel Service of America Inc.’s motion for summary judgment in Gotham Distributing Corp.’s suit against the shipping giant for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
