Bill Cosby is looking to keep a recorded phone call between himself and his accuser’s mother out of the courtroom during his criminal trial.
Attorneys for Cosby filed a motion to suppress a recorded phone call between him and Gianna Constand, Andrea Constand’s mother, in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He alleges that the call was recorded without his consent, in violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act. Cosby’s motion was filed Tuesday and became publicly available Wednesday.
