Thomas, Thomas & Hafer attorney Louis Long has spent more than two decades heading committees with the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and last month he took over as president of the organization. The Legal discussed with Long his goals, why he wants and how he aims to strengthen the PDI’s ties with the insurance community, and where the recent dispute over proposed products liability jury instructions might end up.
