Trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying appellant insurance company’s petition to stay and set aside a writ of execution because the confidential agreement between insurance company and the Pennsylvania Insurance Department did not prohibit the garnishment or require the authorization of the insurance commissioner. Affirmed.
