Fast-growing Fox Rothschild has set a leadership transition in motion that will see longtime management step into more strategic roles come April 2017.

Firmwide managing partner Mark L. Silow will become chairman of the firm next year, while real estate attorney Mark Morris will take over as managing partner. Longtime co-chairs Abraham C. Reich and Phillip E. Griffin will become chairmen emeritus.
Silow, Reich and Griffin, who will each have served in their current roles for 12 years come April, will remain on the firm’s executive committee and will focus on strategic initiatives such as lateral recruitment, mergers and professional development. Morris will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm.
