Appeal of trial court’s denial of television station’s motion to intervene and access public judicial records in grand jury investigation of alleged sexual improprieties at high school was dismissed as moot because station had already obtained the records before the matter reached the appeal court and the court was not persuaded that the issues likely to evade appellate review, if repeated. Appeal dismissed.
