A Montgomery County judge has denied Bill Cosby’s efforts to keep the recording of a 2005 phone call with his accuser’s mother from being heard at his criminal trial.

Judge Steven T. O’Neill, in an order filed Sept. 16, denied Cosby’s motion to suppress the recording from evidence. The phone call was between Cosby and Gianna Constand, whose daughter, Andrea Constand, alleges Cosby sexually assaulted her at his Cheltenham home in 2004. Cosby is facing three counts of aggravated indecent assault based on Constand’s allegations.
