The dispute between Penn State and its insurance carrier over whether more than $90 million the school paid to settle claims of sexual abuse by Jerry Sandusky has been settled.
Counsel for the insurance carrier filed a notification with the court Sept. 22 indicating that Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association Insurance v. Pennsylvania State University settled. The one-page filing did not disclose the terms of the settlement.
