Trial court properly dismissed appellant’s action against appellee driver of other car in an automobile accident because appellee died before the action was filed, the statute of limitations had expired, there was no evidence to show fraudulent concealment to toll the statute of limitations and appellant’s own lack of diligence precluded applying the relation back doctrine. Affirmed.
