A tax controversy partner from Pepper Hamilton has left to join Baker & Hostetler’s growing Philadelphia office.

Kevin M. Johnson has joined Baker & Hostetler, the firm announced Friday, as a partner in the tax group. Johnson represents clients in the energy, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and technology industries in tax controversy matters. Joining Baker & Hostetler places him in a bigger tax department with greater depth and breadth, he said.
