Montgomery County prosecutors have accused Bill Cosby of repeating “fiction” and attempting to manipulate the media in his latest attempt to have his criminal charges dismissed.
In a response filed Tuesday in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said Cosby was not prejudiced by pre-arrest delay. In addition, they said, Cosby has “unclean hands” and ignored his own involvement in causing the delay.
