• On Oct. 26, Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts (PMC) will hold its inaugural fall benefit from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, 19 S. 22nd St. The event will feature a keynote address by celebrated American radio host, columnist, author and lawyer Michael Smerconish. The benefit will also announce the formation of The Lynn A. Marks Fund for Merit Selection Advocacy, in recognition of Lynn Mark’s dedication to court reform, one of PMC’s key initiatives.
