Several women suing Bill Cosby for sexual assault and defamation in Massachusetts were able to get their hands on a deposition from another case against the entertainer that was previously settled, sparking a legal fight over whether the women were entitled to see it.

A Pennsylvania federal judge Oct. 21 held that the dispute had no business in the state, and approved Cosby’s request to transfer it to Massachusetts, where the claims originated.
