An arbitrator has found in favor of Offit Kurman in a fee dispute involving a Philadelphia lawyer who was dismissed from the firm in 2012.

According to court documents, attorney Kevon Glickman and Offit Kurman went to arbitration Oct. 19, and an arbitrator found in favor of the defendant. The firm faced allegations that it failed to comply with its promise to pay origination fees to Glickman after he left the firm.
