One defendant in a case filed against Ashley Baxter et al. by plaintiffs Agnes and Jack Clark appealed the monetary damages awarded plaintiffs for conversion in a bench trial held in December 2015 and March 2016. Defendant Hermitage Direct Jewelry Outlet Inc. (HDJO) also appealed the 2014 overruling of its objection motion for improper venue.
