A 45-year-old nurse has a bone to pick with a hospital that says it fired her over Buffalo wings, claiming she was really dismissed because of her age. Now, a federal judge has given the OK for her lawsuit to move forward.

U.S. District Judge Gerald J. Pappert of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied Main Line Hospitals Inc.’s motion to dismiss former Lankenau Medical Center nurse Christina K. Connearney’s age discrimination and hostile work environment case.
